Fall

Its the most wonderful time of the year. Fall in the Blue Ridge is just amazing. The leaves are like a watercolor painting. Red, orange, gold and brown are dripping from the trees and covering the hillsides with a warm sunny blanket.
Even as captivating as the landscape has become, I have a compulsion to start making my list for Santa Claus. Over the next few weeks, keep a look out for my list and heres hoping Santa Checks my blog too!

Recovery

Alright - I am nuts! I have just cracked the code on my blog... I forgot the password and the blog name too! I know, I should not admit that.

I have founds tons of inspiration lately. G has been out of town on business and it has just been the Pippers at me home. I have torn through projects and traveled quite a bit. Here is a rundown of my successes:
Mural on Pippers wall... A cheerful tree and birds nest to dress up her room! It looks wonderful and totally gender nutral.
Little Sister Dress knit in Rythem Mo1 1o1 colorway. Knit to be closer to a 2T... but maybe Pippers is just small.
15 Birthday Party Invites.... T-20 days until the lil' Pippers 1st birthday. Now I just ahve to get them in the mail.
Red Knit Skirt - Pippers will be the most stylish girl on the block!
Red Kia Baby Doll... Stashed Pattons Yarn and LanaLoft to finish it out. This is still in progress, I just need to 10 more rounds of Lace.
Closed out a Close to My Heart Show and got all the orders out today! AND...
Two Huge pots of Chicken and Vegtable soup to fill all the bellies left at home.

As for Travel - Pipper and I hit all the hot spots! Broadway, Staunton and Richmond Virginia. Grear, South Carolina( The BMW Manufacuring Race facility for a Crit and Visit with IAG)
Charlotte and Davidson North Carolina for a Grand Tour from IAG and a search for great nosh.
Charlottesville Virginia for the IAG Drop-off with bike.

We celebrated all the birthdays in Richmond and I finally gave MOM the John B Scarf. Everyone loved their custom gifts and the Pippers ate patiently for 3 hours while we enjoyed 4 courses!

G returns in two days... what more do you think I can get done?
